Terms and Conditions
* Session fees start at $75.00 and all prints are priced a la carte. Please contact me for detailed pricing.
* All session fees must be paid on or before the day of the session. Session fees are non-refundable, but I am more than happy to re-schedule in emergency situations.
* I provide 4 x 6 paper proofs. A $100.00 deposit is required for paper proofs. The deposit may be credited towards the final print order. In special circumstances (i.e., the client is not local), I do have the capability of online proofing if requested in advance. Online proofs will be available for a period of two weeks before they are archived, and there is a $25.00 charge to reactivate them after that period.
* Unless other arrangements are made, proofs must be returned within one week.
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on prints at the time of the order. The balance must be paid at or before print delivery.
* Due to the custom nature of the work done, all sales are final and there are no refunds.
* A model release/copyright agreement form must be signed at the time of the session.
* All images are © Susan Harrington and protected under United States and International Copyright Laws. Scanning or copying in any way is illegal.
* Cash, checks, and credit cards via PayPal are accepted.
